Place The Bucket Over The Deckplate And Secure It With The Eye-Bolt And Rubber Washer. Not Only Will The Bucket Stay In Place, It Will Not Leak!

When The Bucket Isn’T Needed, Just Remove It Along With The Eye-Bolt And Washers, Leaving Only The 3/16 -Thick Plate.
